PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Promoter: the promotion Impress Days (the “Promotion”) is organized by USA Cvstom Co. New Address: 605 Market St., Suite 1200, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States of America (“IMPRESS” or the “Promoter”).
   
2. Promotional period: the Promotion shall be valid from February 26 2024 (“Start date”) to March 31, 2024(“Closing date”), both included. You should start your treatment during this period to get the promotion.
3. Promoted service: The promotion will be applicable to all orthodontic treatments provided at IMPRESS or IMPRESS partner clinics, excluding SuperLight and Kids treatments, that are contracted during the promotional period.
4. Participants:  all IMPRESS’ legal guardians over eighteen (18) years of age who are resident in the USA and contract a promoted service shall be directly eligible to participate in the Promotion.
5. Prizes: each participant will be granted (1) a price reduction of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) off the price of any promoted service; Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other prize, nor transferable to third parties.
6. Exclusions: the Promotion shall not be cumulative to other promotional campaigns. IMPRESS reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend the Promotion at any moment given appropriate notice to potential new participants, and/or exclude the application of the Promotion to any participant who makes fraudulent or abusive use.
7. Applicable law: the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of USA.
