PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter: the promotion Black Friday (the “Promotion”) is organized by USA Cvstom Co. 999 Sutter Street - San Francisco, CA 94109, United States of America (“IMPRESS” or the “Promoter”).
2. Promotional period: the Promotion shall be valid from November 6, 2023 (“Start date”) to December 4, 2023 (“Closing date”), both included.
3. Promoted service: the Promotion will be applicable to all orthodontic treatments provided at IMPRESS or IMPRESS partners clinics, excluding SuperLight and Kids treatments, that are contracted during the promotional period.
4. Participants:  all IMPRESS’ legal guardians over eighteen (18) years of age who are resident in USA and contract a promoted service shall be directly eligible to participate in the Promotion.
5. Prizes: each participant will be granted (1) a price reduction of five hundred dollars (-500$) off the price of any promoted service; (2) a Whitening treatment kit free of charge if the service is provided at an IMPRESS clinic, with an approximate value of six hundred dollars ($600); and (3) a set of retainers valued at two hundred dollars ($200). Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other prize, nor transferable to third parties.
6. Exclusions: the Promotion shall not be cumulative to other promotional campaign. IMPRESS reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend the Promotion at any moment given appropriate notice to potential new participants, and/or exclude the application of the Promotion to any participant who makes fraudulent or abusive use.
7. Applicable law: the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of  USA.
