LEGAL BASES PROMOTION

"IMPRESS BLACK FRIDAY 2023"

 

  1. Promoter: the promotion Black Friday (the “Promotion”) is organised by Smile2impress Clinics, Ltd. Tax ID Number: 13682612. One Fleet Place - EC4M 7WS London, United Kingdom (“IMPRESS” or the “Promoter”)
  2. Promotional period: the Promotion shall be valid from October 26, 2023 (“Start date”) to November 30, 2023 (“Closing date”), both included.
  3. Promoted service: the Promotion shall be applicable to all orthodontic treatments provided at IMPRESS or IMPRESS partners clinics, except SuperLight and Kids treatments, that are contracted during the promotional period.
  4. Participants: all IMPRESS’ new patients over eighteen (18) years of age who are resident in the UK and contract a promoted service shall be directly eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  5. Prizes: on the one hand, each participant acquiring a Promoted service, except a Superlight or Kids treatment, shall be granted with (1) a price reduction of three hundred fifty Pounds (-£350) over the price of any promoted service; (2) a Professional Whitening treatment free of charge if the service is provided at an IMPRESS clinic -with an approximate value of three hundred fifty Pounds (£350)- or a Whitening Kit free of charge if the service is provided at an IMPRESS partner clinic - with an approximate value of eleven hundred Euros and fifty cents (11,5€); and (3) a Light Subscription, with an approximate value of three hundred Pounds (£300). On the other hand, each participant acquiring a Superlight treatment, shall be granted with a Professional Whitening treatment free of charge if the service is provided at an IMPRESS clinic -with an approximate value of three hundred fifty Pounds (£350)- or a Whitening Kit free of charge if the service is provided at an IMPRESS partner clinic - with an approximate value of eleven hundred Euros and fifty cents (11,5€). Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other prize, nor transferable to third parties.
  6. Exclusions: the Promotion shall not be cumulative to other promotional campaign. IMPRESS reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend the Promotion at any moment given appropriate notice to potential new participants, and/or exclude the application of the Promotion to any participant who makes fraudulent or abusive use.
  7. Applicable law: the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the UK.
