PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter: the promotion Christmas (the “Promotion”) is organized by USA Cvstom Co. 999 Sutter Street - San Francisco, CA 94109, United States of America (“IMPRESS” or the “Promoter”).
2. Promotional period: the Promotion will be valid from December 15, 2023 (“Start date”) to January 6, 2024 (“Closing date”), both included.
3. Promoted service: the Promotion will be applicable to all orthodontic treatments provided at IMPRESS or IMPRESS partners clinics, excluding SuperLight and Kids treatments, that are contracted during the promotional period.
4. Participants: all IMPRESS’ new patients over eighteen (18) years of age who are residents in the US and contract a promoted service will be directly eligible to participate in the Promotion.
5. Prizes: each participant will be granted (1) a price reduction of seven hundred dollars (-700$) off the price of any promoted service. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other prize, nor transferable to third parties.
6. Exclusions: the Promotion can not be used with  other promotional campaigns. IMPRESS reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend the Promotion at any moment given appropriate notice to potential new participants, and/or exclude the application of the Promotion to any participant who makes fraudulent or abusive use.
7. Applicable law: the Promotion will be governed by the laws of the United States.
